Terms and Conditions
All sales are subject to the following trading terms. These terms and conditions do not effect the customers statutory rights.
Definitions:
The “Seller” means
HAFIXS Industrial Products.
The “Buyer” means
the person or company who buys or orders a product(s) from the Seller.
Security:
When an order is placed, the credit card / debit card
details that you provide are encrypted on a secure SSL certificate server. When
the transaction is considered complete the information is erased.
Privacy Policy:
The information that you provide is used to process your
order.
Disclosure:
We will not disclose any information about you to any third
party.
Payment:
The payment will not be debited from your credit / debit
card until the goods are ready for dispatch.
Disputed Payment :
If the buyer disputes the payment and a chargeback is made
to the Seller. The buyer is responsible for the immediate payment of the
amount, if the amount remains outstanding after 14 days the debt will accrue
interest at a rate of 25% above the bank base rate and without any further
notice the matter will be placed with the sellers legal representatives when
the buyer will also be expected to pay any costs that might be incurred to
recovery.
Prices:
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling and are
inclusive of VAT.
Dispatch Time:
We aim to dispatch your order within two working days of
receiving your order. If an item is out of stock you will be notified
immediately and given a dispatch date.
Delivery:
Your order will be delivered by Royal Mail.
Delivery
Charges to UK Addresses:
Delivery to UK addresses are charged at £2.25 and £0.40 for
each additional Item. Orders for 25
items and over: you will be notified of the postage amount.
Delivery Charges to Non-UK Addresses:
Delivery Charges to Non-UK Addresses are charged at £5.25
and £0.50 for each additional item.
Orders for 25 items and over: you will be notified of the postage
amount.
All Non-UK delivery charges include compulsory international
postal insurance.
Cancellation:
You may cancel your order any time before it has been
dispatched into the Royal Mail system.
Return Goods:
You can return the goods to us within 28 days of purchase.
The items must arrive back to us complete and in good condition. The cost of
the goods will be refunded. Postage will be at your own expense.
Damaged
Items or Items Lost in Post:
Damaged
Items or Items lost in the post will be replaced at our expense. Damaged Items
must be returned to us immediately for inspection. Before repacking for
posting, please secure damaged products by placing them into a polythene bag.
Postage will be refunded. Items lost in the post must be reported to the seller
within seven days.
Intellectual
Property:
Patents,Trademarks,
Design and Copyrights remain the property of this company and may not be used
without permission given in writing.
